Our Division activity sponsored by Kiwanis Club of Seattle

Kiwanis Club of Seattle

Please join us Saturday, October 17th from 6:30 to 9pm in helping KCTS 9 during thier pledge drive telethon.
KCTS 9 has asked US to help out during thier membership drive. As they put it "if you can pick up a phone, take a pledge and smile for the camera all at the same time, you're in luck!"

In exchange for our service they will give us a tour of the station, a 20%-discount off regularly-priced merchandise at the Channel 9 Store and provide us with a light dinner. We will get to experience the behind-the-scenes excitement of a live production. WOW!

It'll be great exposure for us, plus there is an opportunity for an on-air interview if you bring at least 10 volunteers! Jolene, Barry and myself, Tara, are in, who else is with us?

Proceeds support Kiwanis projects Assisting children and mentally, economically and physically challenged people of all ages.

• Sept. 10 (Thurs) football concession sales @ 7:00pm game time

• Sept. 11 (Fri) football concession sales @ 7:00pm game time

• Sept. 22 Annual Installation Dinner @ Angelo’s. Social hour will be at about 5pm, dinner @

6pm (or maybe 6:30pm).

• Also more concession sales are on Sept. 18 & 19; see your schedule, the season is here.

Kiwanis Club of Rainer Valley

Stay tuned we in the process of creating Holiday greeting cards to sell for the Holidays, more to come. September 12 will be the next collection day at QFC ,

October we will collect on both the 4th and 5th Saturday and Sunday for the Union

Gospel Mission and the Food Bank. In October we will collect both Saturday and Sunday of

the first weekend.

Another successful Division 26 Annual pinic

A big thanks goes out to all clubs who participated in our annual division pinic making it a success. A special thanks goes out to the Highline club who once again graciously hosted the picnic. The picnic provided the opportunity to fellowship with old friends, make new relationships, share ideas and enjoy great food.
